A Midsummer Night’s Dream: A Magical Corporate Event at the Victoria & Albert Museum
Corporate events have come a long way from the standard boardroom setting, and I was thrilled to be a part of an unforgettable experience at the iconic Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Moriarty Events planned and designed this midsummer night’s dream themed event that featured antique accessories and woodland-inspired florals and installations, creating an ethereal and mystical atmosphere.
The transformation of the museum was a testament to the expertise of the Moriarty team, as they were able to make the space come alive in just 45 minutes. Upon arrival, guests were greeted by enchanting characters who led them through a foliage tunnel and into the courtyard, where an orchestra played on an elevated platform over water. The warm summer evening was the perfect setting for guests to enjoy welcome drinks and take in the stunning surroundings.

The main event was held in Raphael Court, which had been transformed into a carefully curated dining space featuring candlelit tables adorned with woodland florals and antique books in glass case centerpieces. The decor perfectly captured the midsummer night’s dream theme, and the atmosphere was truly enchanting.
As the night wore on, guests were treated to an 18-foot dessert table and live party band, which kept everyone dancing into the night. The dessert table was a work of art, featuring an array of delectable treats that were almost too beautiful to eat.
